No! There is no deposit to pay. You need to register for the Hello Scoot' service via our website or our mobile application.
For your registration you will need: a driver's license, a selfie and a credit card.
You will be charged for the time you reserved your rental even if you do not pick up the vehicle, or if you stop your rental before the reservation time.
An estimate of the price will be shown before you confirm your reservation.
30 minutes before your reservation, your vehicle is available. If you pick it up during this time, you will also be charged for the time in addition to your reservation.
In case of an accident, first contact the fire department (18), the ambulance (15) or the police (17) if necessary.
