Wearing a helmet is mandatory in French Polynesia. Wear it for every trip, short or long, and put it back in the top case for other users.
Respect local road regulations
You are under local laws when you are on the roads. Please respect everybody around you and be careful.
Park where authorized only
You can park on the dedicated motorcycle spots that are displayed in the app. You will find also public parking where you can park the moped. If the moped is not marked properly, fines will be charged to the driver.

Hello Scoot’ is open for adults over 18 years old and with a valid driving license. If you meet these requirements, you’re good to go!
